Caprock Academy Board of Directors
The Board will comprise from five to nine members, and will always include a majority of parents. The Board will be elected by the parents/guardians of the students attending Caprock Academy, and will operate according to the by laws laid out by the schools operating committee.

Ann Hahn
President and Parent Member
For the past 7 years Ann as worked for a Salt Lake City based company that provides Insurance to Value appraisals for multiple insurance companies. Prior to accepting this position, she worked as a market value appraiser for 4 years and a real estate broker associate for 10 years. Ann heard about Caprock Academy in the fall of 2006. After attending an informational meeting she was dedicated to the Mission and Vision Caprock Academy.

Tim Fry
Parent Member
Tim is the owner of Mountain Racing Products, a local manufacturing company. He is married and has a daughter that attends Caprock and a pre-school age son. Tim received a business degree from Adrian College in 1992 and a Juris Doctorate degree from Capital University in 1995. Prior to moving to Grand Junction, Tim practiced law specializing in corporate litigation.
Catherine Norton-Breman

Catherine is President and General Counsel of Allen Incorporated, an asset management company. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida and Stetson University, college of Law. Prior to joining Allen Incorporated, Catherine was a business attorney for 17 years, and her experience includes serving as Counsel,Law and Business Affairs with Nickelodeon and cofounding a business law firm in Tampa, Florida. Catherine,her husband Matthew and their son, Marcus, moved to Grand Junction 3 years ago and Marcus is a student at Caprock.
