Caprock Academy and Flu Busters to offer Community Service Flu Clinic

 
The Caprock Academy parent booster club will be hosting an upcoming community flu clinic. Mark you calendars for Wednesday, November 12th, where you and your family can stop by for a flu shot. Our clinic will take place in the Goodwill community room from 8:00am - 8:00pm. Feel free to bring grandparents and neighbors - this is a community service event and our whole community is welcome.
 
This is a great way to prepare for the flu season and help Caprock at the same time! This program is offered through Novartis pharmaceuticals, and the national PTA. With every vaccination given, Caprock will receive $4.00, plus $30.00/hour for all the wonderful family members, (who are qualified nurses and physicians), who have volunteered their time to give the vaccinations.
 
Medicare B, Medicaid and the Vaccinations for Children programs are all accepted! For those with private insurance, contact information will be provided. Once contacted, Flu Busters will supply you with what you will need to submit for reimbursement from your private insurer.  
 
This is an invaluable service that we, as a Caprock community can contribute to our greater community as a whole. We look forward to this event with great enthusiasm and hope that the potential for this program will be met. Please watch for more information to come and plan on stopping by!
