Who: Grades 4,5,6,7 & 8
What: Freedom and Veteran’s Day Performance
When: Thursday, November 13, 2008
- Performers are dropped off to faculty at 5:30, Doors open for seating at 6:35 P.M.
Where: Event Chapel at Canyon View Vineyard 736 24 ½ Road
What to wear for performers:
- Fourth Grade: White uniform shirt (freshly laundered) and khaki pants
- Fifth Grade: Blue uniform shirt and khaki pants
- Sixth Grade: Blue uniform shirt and khaki pants
- Seventh Grade: Red uniform shirt and khaki pants (Female dancers, 7 and 8 grade – khaki skirt or skort)
- Eighth Grade: Red uniform shirt and khaki pants (Female dancers, 7 and 8 grade – khaki skirt or skort)
As an emergency option, blue uniform pants may be substituted for khaki pants
Volunteers Needed:
Seamsters and seamstresses needed to assemble envelope hats for the upcoming Veteran’s Freedom show on November 13. We have a model and materials. One mother has volunteered to cut them out. A second person is needed to cut. We need 150 hats in all. Who will volunteer to assemble 10 hats? 20 hats? Cutting and assembling takes about 15 minutes per hat. Straight seams and Zig-Zag trim.
