All financial assistance requests must be requested prior to the start of each activity or fee and must be completed each school year, on or after July 1. I understand that my request may not be approved. If approved, the scholarship will only cover 1/2 of the activity or athletic fee, and I acknowledge that I am responsible for the remaining half before the start date of the activity. If the request is for Hot Lunch and approved, it will cover the full cost of the lunch and is valid for the entire school year.
